Projects
The projects we undertake can involve training, coaching, consulting or all three. The balance and emphasis are determined by your specific needs.
Training Sessions focus on the development of recovery knowledge and skills and encourage their application through reflective exercises, journaling and practice. Training Sessions are agency, division or organization specific.
Coaching sessions strengthen participants' ability to integrate the recovery approach within their practice, programs and/or organization. Coaching sessions are offered to individuals, groups or teams.
Through the consulting process we help clients' examine a particular aspect of their service delivery and/or plan for its development.
We work in person as well as through teleconferencing, videoconferencing and webinars.
