Danielle Paluska
Danielle's experience with Psychosocial Rehabilitation began in Iowa. It was during her time working at Hope Haven Inc. that she realized how deeply she cared for people - especially those who were struggling with mental illness. She was blessed with clients and co-workers who were wonderful role models; it seemed to her that the only natural way to work was from the framework of recovery. Danielle obtained her Master of Science in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselling from Boston University while working as a Case Manager, and then Clinical Supervisor for Hope Haven's Psych Rehab department.
Danielle spent some time working for PACT 4 Families. Her role there was to help families develop their Wraparound teams in order to support their child with mental illness. Now living in Ontario, Danielle is a mother of three young children. After taking some time off to raise the children, she is contributing to the mental health field again, this time as a course instructor, case manager and associate.
